Note that the gensenfuro videos do not censor the genitals, like most Japanese videos do. I understand the reason is that although the videos are made in Japan, they are distributed by the Peeping-Holes company in China, and therefore the distributor is not subject to Japanese law. I have a question about other peeping videos that do censor the genitals. If the companies that distribute these videos are in Japan, how do they get away with secretly making videos without the women's permission? If the women in the videos are in Japan, and the company selling the videos is in Japan, why don't the women whose privacy was violated sue? If the companies that make the videos are not in Japan, why are the genitals censored?
ReplyDeletefrank, do you know some or even most of them are actually "acting" on the pretext of being filmed "peeping-holes" ? it means they are getting paid to do the act, hence the censorship part (according to Japanese law). it means it is a "legal" clip. although i believe that there is really genuine secretly filmed videos. i am not sure on gensenfuro. i had watched, it looks like the woman din realize. anyway enjoy & thx
